Every cutting edge and end bit is produced through a controlled seven-step process and verified to OEM-equivalent specification before shipment:
- Seven-step production: steel production → hot rolling → precision machining → heat treatment → shot blasting → automatic painting → delivery.
- Boron steel and through-hardened carbon steel with controlled hardness profiles for the wear face and the bolt-hole zone.
- Heat treatment and induction hardening on the cutting edge, bevel face and bolt-hole area for maximum wear life and impact resistance.
- Tungsten carbide blocks brazed into the wear face deliver 4–6× longer life in high-abrasion rock and high-impact service.
- Forged ripper shanks and boron-steel sprocket segments with surface hardness 46–52 HRC and impact toughness ≥ 45 J/cm² for the most punishing service.
- Automated dimensional inspection and hardness testing on every batch before shipment, with inspection records available on request.
